Thai found in suitcase at US border

NOGALES, Arizona - Authorities say a smuggling attempt at the US-Mexico border was thwarted when inspectors found a woman from Thailand inside a suitcase.

Customs and Border Protection agents discovered 48-year-old Pornkamol Mongkolsermsak while inspecting a vehicle entering the United States on Dec 30.

Ms Pornkamol, from Bangkok, was hidden under clothing in the large suitcase in the back of the vehicle driven by a 56-year-old Phoenix man, whose name was not released.

Customs and Border Protection spokesman Victor Brabble said Tuesday that Ms Pornkamol was being charged with re-entry after deportation.

Authorities did not immediately know if she has a lawyer yet.

The "children" wind up in gangs because they speak "Spanglish" like the Salinas High Honor Graduate that failed the high school competency test 3 times and could not be accepted to a California State University. Then of course there is the weekly shoot out.

So what, if they come now, yesterday, last year, last 100 year or 200 years ago, all came in at one point in time..........

Without the hard work and low pay of the "10,000 per day" people you're referring to, there's no way anyone in the US could afford to eat, sleep or do much of anything. This is the root cause/reason why this situation is tolerated and given a blind eye by the government and immigration authorities. They started the mess way back when they desperately needed agro manpower in the CA Central Valley, now they can't stop it.

Meanwhile 10,000 illegals just walk in everyday and are eventually given citizenship, funding, the right to vote, and schools built for their children that teach them in Spanish, and can even become the President.
