Local artists from Nakhon Ratchasima will open a 3D gallery in Muang district to showcase tourist attractions in the Northeast.

Arts of Korat, situated in Muang Nakhon Ratchasima municipality, will have over 100 3D images of attractions in the province, known as the gateway to the Northeast, in its 5,000-square-metre space.

The gallery cost 50 million baht, and features images created by eight local artists.

Places highlighted at the gallery include Phimai historic park, Wat Ban Rai, where revered Luang Phor Khoon Paritsutho is the abbot, Haew Suwat waterfall and many cultural images.

The gallery will be officially opened on Children’s Day, this Saturday.

There are two other 3D art galleries in Thailand, Art in Paradise in Pattaya and Chiang Mai.
