Chalerm’s house, Lat Phrao close first

Anti-government protesters will surround the house of caretaker Labour Minister Chalerm Yubamrung on Sunday afternoon and will close Lat Phrao five-way intersection later in the day.

Sathit Wongnongtoey, a core leader of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), said Khomsan Thongsiri, secretary-general of the State Enterprises Workers' Relations Confederation (SERC) would lead protesters to Mr Chalerm’s house in Bang Bon district of Bangkok.

The protesters would leave from the Interior Ministry for Bang Bon at around 2.30pm.

Mr Sathit also told the crowd at Ratchadamnone Avenue that they would start marching from Ratchadamnoen to Lat Phrao at 4pm Sunday in order to set up a stage there. Isara Somchai, another PDRC core leader, will lead the protesters, mostly from the Northeast, to this spot.

At Ratchadamoen, protesters have started removing the stages which have formed the main anti-government protest site for over a month.

While surrounding Charelm's home I would advise the protesters to wear mask. The smell might hurt them.

This is 2014/2557, and people can work on their computers at home. A few days will not bring government activities to a halt.
