Grenades hit Chaeng Watthana

Two grenades were fired behind the stage of the People's Democratic Reform Committee protest site on Chaeng Watthana Road on Saturday night.

Two men were reportedly wounded, one seriously, in the incident that took place around 7.50pm. They were taken to the nearby Mongkut Wattana General Hospital.

Eyewitnesses said one grenade fell near a women's washroom at the Esso petrol station under the intersection flyover near the Department of Special Investigation, the same spot that had been rthe scene of a number of attacks earlier.

The article says fired behind does that mean the protesters fired them .Fired and explode are two different things.Explode means someone else fired them

The symbolism is eerie: the attack occurred next to the Department of Special Investigations, which is arm of the Pheu Thai government. Maybe the grenade was actually fired from a window in the DSI building?

How outrageous, people should express themselves not with violence but by voting.

I have to wonder what sort of 'people' click on 'Like' when others are injured or killed. So much for Karma?
