To save lives and loss of property, the military should step in now. In fact it is long overdue.

They just released a video on Youtube showing these people cheering after the announcement of the causalities in Trat. Sick. But a huge hug goes to Thida for making that sick individual shut up. My opinion of her has changed drastically.

When the red starts to kill and burn down the city again, the coup is certain.

United Dummies for Dictatorship is more apropos.

Good to see so many empty seats. Maybe some of the die hard UDD supporters have had enough. A good time to execute the warrants on Jatuporn from 2010 for terrorist activities. Oh, the police don't know where he is. Do they isue blinders with the uniforms?

Even last week, Suthep said there is nothing t negotiate, that's exactly what all dictators said and let us know why do they fear elections and democratic process?

I like what Voranai said in his article today: It seems that if you are democratically elected, you can do no wrong and will never admit to any wrong. In fact, to be democratically elected perhaps even means corruption is legal. Democracy is not just a counting up of votes, it's a counting up of actions. Howard Zinn

Casuist. You have it completely wrong. It's the PT & UDD that don't want to talk. Ever since they walked out of negotiations with the Abhisit government in 2010, and instead chose to create havoc, they have adopted the reds-decide-all dictatorship without any interest at all in discussing anything with any opponent. And you say it's the PDRC that refuses to talk?

Not only will I hang my hat on the fact that YS WONT condemn the attacked. She will not say anything about a police team investigating the deaths. The one thing that really indicates there will be more violence is the fact she won't say to the UDD publicly that she ask them to stay calm. To not take the law into their own hands. To let the democratic channels proceed within the rule of law. Where is she? What does she have to say about anything? She is hiding in a safe house removing herself from the public eye while the country implodes? In all the 3 years Thailand needed a leader it is today where she could shine and she is hiding.

Bangkok55 - Lets put it this way. I look forward to YS condoning this attack strongly on national TV and ensuring there is a dedicated police team that will track down the killer of the 5 year old girl.

There are an awful lot of empty chairs for a meeting with 4000 people.
Discussion 15 : 23/02/2014 at 03:12 PM
PTP and their supporters DO NOT want to listen, but everyone who proposes anything against their ideas is an anti-democratic, coup loving, traitor.
Discussion 16 : 23/02/2014 at 03:01 PM
It is the same when Suthep and Abhisit meet together looking for trouble. I blame Abhisit for not support the Elections of 2nd Feb, and listen to Suthep, is he his Puppet.

Have the rice farmers in this picture been paid? Money as promised or government bonds to shut them up? How can you still like a party when you have not been paid for your rice? Is Mr. T, circulating money again for support in the north east? Please farmers learn something, you have been incredibly used and ripped off by TS/YS/PTP.
Discussion 18 : 23/02/2014 at 02:46 PM
Are you insinuating that the attack in Trat was planned and executed by the UDD?
Discussion 19 : 23/02/2014 at 02:44 PM
I understand that people have second thoughts about Suthep and the way he wants to force Yingluck to resign. But please compare his actions with the UDD. Look at what they did in the past. And now they have a “war drum” meeting. All these warmongers should be arrested right away. Now they are all together in one stadium. Round them up or make a big fence around that stadium and declare it to be a prison.

PDRC and their protesters DO NOT want to talk but everyone who propose anything against their idea is a terrorist, murder, dictator and of course corrupt. The only way that Thailand will move forward, get rid of all these Suthep & co with their hatred actions, undemocratic proposals and ready to sell their grandmother to grab power.
Discussion 21 : 23/02/2014 at 01:50 PM
"The United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship" Strange name for Thaksin supporters. Don't you think? Because even whilst in exile, avoiding a prison sentence, he still dictates what's going on.
Discussion 22 : 23/02/2014 at 12:31 PM
War room meeting and the murder of innocent children in Trat. Says it all really. Fanatics really are attracted to the UDD and I can see why now.
Discussion 23 : 23/02/2014 at 12:30 PM
Not while the street-protesters refuse to talk. What would be the point?
Discussion 24 : 23/02/2014 at 12:15 PM
War drum meeting, guess there won't be much talk of national reconciliation and a way forward for a better Thailand.
Discussion 25 : 23/02/2014 at 11:53 AM
Pointless, powerless and with no mainstream support. Why bother? from Playbook application.
Discussion 26 : 23/02/2014 at 11:48 AM
Very appropriate name for their meeting as all this group seems to understand is murdering and terrorizing anyone who believes other then they do.
Discussion 27 : 23/02/2014 at 11:47 AM
Whenever Tida, Jatuporn, Nathawut and Weng get together there's bound to be trouble brewing!
