Mr Akanat said the PDRC demonstrators would take off from Lumpini Park at 10am. From there, they will march along Rama 4 road to Hua Lampong railway station, turn left to Surawong and Mahesak roads before returning to Lumpini. The distance would be five kilometres.
More than 1,000 guards would be deployed to provide security for those participating in the march, he said.
"This is a good opportunity for us to push for the country's reform since the Election Commission said it would be at least three months before a new election could be held. Therefore, it's time for the people to decide whether to join the PDRC's fight (for reforms),'' Mr Akanat said.
