The actions followed searches in Phrao district of the northern province by officers of the Office of Narcotics Control Board (ONCB), Provincial Police Region 5 and local police.
The seized assets included the Phrao Auto Car business and equipment, Wieng Phrao radio station and equipment, land title deeds and a house, a lamyai orchard, a car, trucks, motorcycles, gold ornaments and three guns.
The ONCB also arrested Achan Chaiwan and charged her with involvement in drug trafficking and money laundering. All of the seized items were in her name, said ONCB secretary-general Pongsapat Pongcharoen.
Mrs Anan is the wife of Anan Chaiwan, who was arrested on April 4 in Chai Prakan district. Police who searched his Mitsubishi Pajero car found 292,000 methamphetamine pills hidden in a spare tyre.
Mr Anan, a DJ in Phrao, was supplying the pills to customers in Bangkok, said Pol Gen Pongsapat.
The suspect allegedly made four trips in April to sell drugs in order to pay debts, the ONCB chief added.
