In its 108th order on Saturday, the NCPO said the magazine had published false information in several instances with dishonest intent to undermine the credibility of the NCPO in its 251st issue (July 26-Aug 1, 2014).
Its action violates the NCPO orders No. 97 and 103, it said.
At this stage, the NCPO said it was appropriate to just warn the magazine and its editors.
If they continue to breach the orders, the NCPO will take action under martial law announced on May 20, as well as legal action.
The NCPO also ordered the profession group to which the magazine is subscribed to take ethical investigation into the editors and report its findings to the NCPO without delay.
